We love to experiment with different flavors so we have purchased an array of K-cups/or different brands. This is our 3 Keurig system! We have had several different styles and love them, until now. I wish that we could use the old cups with our new K500 but although we couldn't, Keurig made it right and give us some free ones for our new system. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

It is great to have a different setting for teas and hot chocolates. The only downfall is the fact that you have to hold down the button to get hot water and you only get 6 oz. Also the brewer doesn't have a setting for more than 10 oz at a time. This makes me have to use the same K-cup twice. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Sometime the machine does not work and I have to restart it. Also, many K-Cups don't taste very good.

very disappointed in the new 2.0 Keurig

The idea was a good one, but new 2.0 is not as durable as it should have been. Ended up sending it back because it stopped brewing after a couple of weeks. Could not use my k cups from a previous unit. Coffee was not as hot as I expected. I thought this sounded like a good idea and tried a sample during a demonstration in a local store but when I started using it, it failed to please.

I have been wanting a Keurig for years and I was surprised with one on Christmas Day. I love the convenience of brewing a single cup in a variety of flavors of coffee. It is by far the best cup of coffee I have had and plus it is fun to make. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
