Have several cups a day and love to mix up blends which makes this ideal. Makes a good cup of coffee.Given heavy use by myself and family, a larger resevoir would be terrific. Pot size is great if you drink it right away but the pot does not retain the heat enough.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Needs A 12 Oz Size, Coffee Pot Cools Too Fast

Since getting my new Keurig I'm trying more coffee than ever! I love hot chocolate in the Keurig as well. The hot water only feature is great for tea. My biggest drawback is the pot doesn't stay hot for long and it's not compatible with other single brew cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this. review.

My husband is always looking for the next great coffeemaker on the market. He has tried many and kept moving on. Now that we have discovered the Keurig 2.0, he says this one is a "Keeper". We both enjoy different roasts and strengths of coffee, so we had to have a brewer that would make individual cups, but with the carafe, we also have the versatility of making a full pot when we have friends over. This is my second Keurig brewer, and so far I am very happy with it. I love the touch screen controls, the ability to customize it by choosing different light colors, and of course the excellent coffee it brews. My only complaint, and it's not a big one, is that the water resevoir is rather awkward to replace when it is full. It's taller and narrower than previous models, and doesn't latch onto the machine as easily. Overall, I am very happy with the K550, and hope it lasts as long as my previous brewer (3 years and still brewing great coffee). Thanks,Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

After reading a lot of reviews complaining about the fact that you have to use Keurig branded pods, I don't know what all the fuss is about. There's such a large variety, more than I'll ever need, and most of what I've tried produces an excellent brew. I love the convenience of brewing a single cup of coffee, in record time, whenever I'm in the mood. So far the machine has performed flawlessly. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My husband likes wild Mountain Berry, I adore Italian Roast, my Mother in law enjoys Breakfast Blend. We can enjoy a carafe of either, or it's just as quick to brew a cup of everyone's favorite.
