I decided to upgrade to the 2.0 and was pleasantly surprised when my old coffee that doesn't work in the new machine was replaced at no cost. The new pot brewing size is nice. However, we drink large cups and the Pot is equal to two of our large cups. Also, the k-cups are limited to 10oz now I could set it to 12oz on my old machine.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to clean

It's not a good deal for the money. Send me the filter unit, it's only fair considering what I paid for this unit and it's your top of the line. I had to save for 3 months to buy this. And no filter. They need to re-think that idea.

I used one of the older Keurig models for many years and decided to upgrade to the new model. Despite some negative reviews that I read, I still took a chance based on the wonderful experience I had with my first brewer. I am so glad that I did! I love the new brewer. I use it everyday, at least once. The automatic settings are great. It is very stylish, and I love the touch screen. Initially, the brewer did turn off a couple of times when I don't believe that it should have (not during use but when it was idle and before I had it set to automatically turn off) and I decided to keep track of that and then call Keurig; however, it didn't happen again. It has been working well and I have had it for about 2 1/2 months. My experience with Keurig in the past is that they have excellent customer service and stand behind their products. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love this brewer for my everyday use. It looks great in my remodeled kitchen, I love the features it has for brewing and hot water. I would like to have more cup setting though as it only has 4 and if the K-Cup doesn't have the white ring around the outer edge than you cant use it. All in all I would highly recommend this unit. I use the keurig 2.0 every day aleast twice a day for a great cup of coffee. the best thing about the 2.0 is the versatility from making a pot or just a cup. i also love how it is easy to clean and maintain, and how it tells you when its time for a filter change. the only flaw i have found with the 2.0 system would be you not being able to use fresh grounds like the older systems, but other then that i will have a keurig for the rest of my life. i would also recommend this system to anyone out there

I use my Keuig for morning coffee and when guest come over. I like the coffee's available in the single but wish there was Hazelnut available in the carafes. The coffee could be hotter.
