Coffee is not hot enough, or strong enough most times. No water filter on the top of the line unit. I feel cheated for what I paid. The night light is nice. The lighted display is nice.

Cons: Lattes Are Limited, Limited Features, Should Have Water Filter, Coffee Brew Temp Is Low, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, No Filter For The Top, Coffee Splatters

My husband and I love the brewer. I work days and he works nights. We can both have the coffee we want throughout the week without making a whole pot and then on the weekends we can make a pot together without another brewer.

Wish the pot it comes with would keep coffee hotter longer. Also wish you could brew other brands or your own coffee grounds. Over I do like this product. It is easy to use and looks nice. I like the option to brew a pot of coffee.

This was purchased to replace my platinum plus, that was a wonderful brewer. The 2.O is a beautiful machine and like to have the carafe option, but really miss the 12 ounce brewing option as well as the ability to brew my own using the my k cup. Overall I am enjoying the 2.0 and especially the extra large water reservoir. Thanks Keurig for the free k cup packs for this review.
