I use my Keurig several times a day morning for coffee ,evening for tea and the weekends more often then that. I really love it. The only thing that I am disappointed about is it was a little deceiving about the larger cups 12,14 and 16oz I thought I was just able to make them from a single K-cup only after reading further did I realize that you have to use the Vue cups and they are not marked clearly on what ones are for the larger cups . And only certain numbers can make the large size finally figured out the box says travel size mugs. and there is only a few at the moment. so if anything maybe explain in better detail about that. The workers at the store I went to didn't even know that. But now that I know I love that I can make larger sizes. Love the carafe also !!!!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot

I love the ease of use, no dumping out grounds and having to refill the water after every use. The kcups are economical for every day use and I just love the fresh taste. The only ting that is a con to me is that I like my coffee extra hot. Other than that, my husband things the coffee is heated perfectly and we both like the convenience. I don't know why it took me all of these years to discover the Keurig.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Coffee not hot enough

I am an AVID coffee drinker and a very loyal Keurig.com customer. It gets old constantly reading poor reviews about these machines because the old k-cups don't work. As harsh as this sounds, it's your responsibility as a consumer to check out a product before buying and read the descriptions. Keurig states very clearly that old k-cups don't work. This was not a problem with me because I only use k-cups from Keurig.com. However, I did have old boxes that would not work with the 2.0. All I did was register my machine and then e-mail Keurig. Within 24 hours I had a coupon for FREE boxes to replace my old ones. Now, I originally upgraded to the K450, as I figured it was a good mid-model and gave away my old Keurig. Almost immediately I had the WORST burnt Lego and Stewed Barbie Doll taste in my new Keurig. I cleaned the tank with vinegar and then tried alcohol even. I called Keurig and they sent out a replacement tank. I cleaned the new tank, and still...that plastic taste would not leave. So, I called Keurig again. This time I spoke to a VERY nice and helpful representative who sent me this K550 at no additional charge and also helped me place an order for k-cup boxes. My new Keurig arrived today and TA-DA, no more plastic taste. What a relief! Was it annoying to deal with all that? Yes. But Keurig customer service is A+ in my book and that's why I am a loyal customer. In comparison to this model and the K450, I don't like how you have to hold down the button on the K550 to brew plain water, especially when the K450 would brew plain water just at a push of a button. I don't really use plain water unless I'm running a cycle after making a Cafe Escapes, so no biggie. Either way, this is great machine and it should not have a bad rep. Just know what you're buying in regards to the k-cup sensor.

The Keurig turned us into everyday coffee drinkers because its so quick and convenient. I love the time it saves! Now I know what all the fuss is about. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review." (My review is not based on the free coffee. I really do love this thing)

I switched to Keurig from a competitor after being tired of the unavailability of the competitor's pods. Generally, I am very pleased with the transition. Every single thing about the Keurig is better---except that it does not do espressos. The coffee from the Keurig is brewed more purely, the Keurig is quicker, IT CAN BREW ENTIRE CARAFES (a HUGE PLUS), the K-Cups are universally available, and I am impressed with the brand/quality selection. Bottom line, I love the Keurig. It far surpasses my previous "one-cup" or "instant" brewer experiences. Finally, I have one last qualm other than the lack of espressos (I'm sure that's their intention, and that is their business perogative)---that last qualm is the exceedingly limited selection of K-Carafe pods. I would like to see more coffee brands and the addition of teas to the product line. I realize, however, that the product line is new, and thus this will evolve with time. Good luck Keurig, I am a fan of the K-Carafe, so please keep expanding the selections! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love my Keurig 2.0 model 550 brewer. So much better than the B40 I had to replace. I love the larger water reservior and the hinged cover on the water reservior. The water filter assembly is easier to install and use. The touch screen controls are excellent. I use my brewer at home everyday, for breakfast I will brew 6 ounces of hot water for my lower sugar oatmeal and will brew quickly a cup of green tea or coffee. I love the seperate settings for brewing the hot cocoa. I haven't brewed coffee yet using the carafe. My sister has different Keurig 2.0 model and she has problems with the brewer sucking coffee grounds back into the water lines and clogging and interfering with brewing. I haven't had that problem with my brewer. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
