love this machine, best one yet, my family loves it, the kids make their hot chocolate, my husband is the coffee lover, and i love my tea and cafe vanilla...Only thing you can't do is make your own coffee..other then that we love it..

I very much like the K Carafe that is available on the 550. However, I would like to have a pod that I can fill with my own coffee. One was made for the K Cup and I am waiting for the K Carafe. I love this machine.

I got this to replace my VUE machine and really enjoy the fact that I can use all K cups on it plus it's much easier to clean the head and nozzle area. if I want to make several cups at once I can do that too now that it comes with a carafe'. its a definite improvement over the other machine I had.
