I love my Keurig 2.0

I drink coffee ocationally. I like the cupsize adjustable and also you don't have tp open the kcup dispencer as high as I did with my Keurig B60 I don't like the cleaning of the machine. I think it would be nice to be able to use vinegar like you do with the first machines. Also would have liked it if the machine was compatable with other Kcups like the older models. I still keep my other keurig for this purpuse.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Vinegar Cleaningbetter, HARD TO CLEAN

Love this brewer, have had all of their products but 2.0 is the best. The only thing I would change is the hot water, you should be allowed to put as much water as you want. Just like when you brew a cup

In comparison to the VUE that I had previously I like the opportunity to choose more coffee flavors and lattes, where as this 2.0 it is limited. I like the water color change option- that's nice but doesn't add to the products usefulness really. Plus I am disappointed this 2.0 is limited for cup size. The water doesn't seem very hot. I would also like to be able to use a filter basket to buy my own coffee sometimes as the pods are expensive. THANKS KEURIG FOR THE FREE PACKS FOR THIS REVIEW!

Sleek, attractive coffee maker

I use the coffee maker several times a day. It has a sleek modern design. Easy settings. Attractive lines. The worst thing I have found is the inability to use other k-cup coffees in this maker. I have ordered from Keurig, but would also like to purchase at market. Until getting the cups home and trying them, it is not possible to tell if they will work. I have several in my pantry that were rejected (a total waste). I really wish this would be corrected so that I might enjoy some of my other coffees.

Not My Favorite

This was the last of three units that we bought. I have one in my office and one in the kitchen at home. We purchased this one so my wife could use the Carafe in the mornings to take to the basement to watch tv and avoid multiple trips upstairs. Her second and third cups from the carafe went from hot to warm in a short amount of time. It is plastic and not insulated. Sometimes we would by the Kroger grocery brand coffe as we liked the flavor. This unit would not function unless you use K branded cups. A big negative. It did have some cool bells and whistles. Did that is. After a week the pretty touch screen froze and the unit became unoperatable. We ended our frustration by sending back for a refund.

Cons: Small Pot, Cheap Un-insulated Carafe, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot water feature doesn't work on my 2.0

I've had my 550 for 6 days now and just tried the instant hit water feature.... It does not work. The water won't come out at all yet says it's done. Disappointed as I bought this online through qvc and will take forever to receive a new one. Aside from that, and being a lot louder than my other Keurig, I love this one. Although, I have not tried the carafe yet.

Press the Hot Water Button on the screen (water droplet icon with “H” in it on right side of screen)
Follow the Touchscreen instructions – lift the handle, remove any packs, and lower handle.
Hold down the brew button until 6 oz. of water dispenses.
The Keurig 2.0 system is our quietest brewing system yet, but we’re sorry if the noise seems too loud. If you have concerns, please contact Keurig Customer Care at 866-901-BREW (866-901-2939) and they will help determine if there is any issue with the brewer.
