My Keurig is a 500 series

I use it every day. Need 16 oz setting for large mugs. And if you use the large pot, the coffee gets cold too fast.
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Need More Ounces For Mugs, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features

Quality Brewing System

Use this brewer daily. It's new and haven't used it but a few days. Awesome so far, makes a great hot cup of coffee. Like the idea you can use K-cups, Vue cups or make a pot. The cup and pot sizes are a plus. The touch screen is easy to use. Keurig you out did yourself on the 2.0.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Small Pot

Love My Keurigs!!!

I have owned 4 Keurigs - and I still have all of them!! (except I did give one to my son!) I purchased the K450 and K550 on Black Friday shopping from Keurig last Christmas and I could not be happier!! The K450 I brought to my office and the K550 I kept at home. The work Keurig gets a real workout - my co-worker and I drink coffee all day long and the K450 is a workhorse!! We especially like the ability to chose "strong" when we brew. The coffee is nice and hot and brew times are good - although it is a lot slower if you choose "strong" but it is so good!! I love the K550 I have at home. Nice options to change light colors and the screen is so bright and I like the touchscreens. The ability to brew a carafe is really nice, especially if I have company or we have a meeting at work. Getting the 2.0 was the best decision I made!! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

At first, had a difficult time adjusting from the old machine to the 2.0. Now, after taking some time to acclimate, it works well.
