THE COFFEE MAKER ITSELF IS FAIRLY SIMPLE TO USE. IT MAKES A QUICK CUP OF COFFEE. THE POT THAT COMES WITH IT IS MINIMALLY INSULATED SO THE COFFEE IN IT DOES NOT STAY VERY WARM.
Pros: Quick Coffee, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Pot Doesn't Stay Warm

Perfect Cup Every Time

Received this wonderful gift for Christmas 2014 from my love. I've been wanting one for quite sometime but just hadn't put the money out on it. Love the look of this coffee maker, very contemporary. The light in the water reservoir is perfect as a night light without flipping a switch and like because you are able to change the color. :) Love the consistency of the flavor of the coffee. One great feature for me is the "strong" option. Most days I use this but when in the evening time you would like a small cup of coffee or tea but...not to strong.
Pros: No Measuringno Fuss, Contemporary look, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly, Not Bulky, Multiple Settings
Cons: Sparratic On Coffee Pour, Splatters, Loud

I use my Keurig every morning and night religiously. I am one of those people that can not talk to anyone in the mornings unless i have had coffee first, so it helps that it brews a cup so fast. I love the new silver design, its very fancy and fashionable.

Not Perfect but Close Enough

As soon as I heard about the 2.0 I NEEDED one. Not wanted, NEEDED. More often than not my brewer works perfectly, but it has its moments. I have noticed that occasionally after making a carafe, my brewer does not brew a cup as quickly or at all. The first time it did this left me defeated (coffee is a must in the morning) but now it is nothing that a paperclip can't fix. My husband would prefer it to brew larger than 10oz cups but I am happy with what it is.

Cons: Unreliable

I was very disappointed with the bigger, newer machine. I thought this would be an upgrade. The plastic carafe that comes with the very expensive machine, does not keep the coffee hot/warm at all. You need to spend additional money to purchase a better carafe that will keep the coffee hot. You can't set up brewing size presets like my older machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I kept putting off the decision to get a Keurig. I clung to the old system of making a pot of coffee, reheating it throughout the day and throwing half of it away each night! My wife and kids bought me the best of the best Keurig offers (550) for Christmas. Oh my, I waited too long. I could have been enjoying the most fresh and delightful cup of coffee (cup after cup) I have ever had long ago. I stopped at a commercial coffee shop this last weekend and paid over $5 for a cup of Chai Tea Latte and was disappointed. My Keurig is the best!

Love the product! It is great being able to brew single cups or a whole pot. I do wish that either you could use other brand k-cups or keurig would make French vanilla cappachino.
