New design works better under cabinets, less interferance. Wish clock stayed on when brewer was off. Not sure if self loading brew cup will work with 2.0. I would guess no. Nothing to scan. Have not tried yet. Purchased thru. keurig. Excellent delivery speed.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, New Design Is Is Great, Stylish
Cons: Clock Off When Brewer Off

I have had other keurigs and have even given them as gifts but I am really disappointed in the fact that you no longer give us the option of using our own coffee in the refillable cups. I have contemplated returning it for a different brand because of this. You are going to loose at lot of customers because of this.

Cons: Loud, Cant Use Refillable Cups

I love how easy it is to brew a cup of varying sizes of coffee/tea and the option to do a whole pot when we have company. Some days I don't feel like a whole 16oz cup and love the option that I can do an 8oz or 12oz.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. The menu screen is greatly improved and easier to use. Most important, it makes a great cup of coffee. Now, if only they would enable the k-cup filters. As for the incompatible k-cups, Keurig is great about replacing them for you.

Like having the option of one cup or a pot. We can choose coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Brewer makes great tasting coffee. Only one negative; the black pot that comes with the brewer does not keep the coffee hot. I had to buy the silver insulated pot for an extra $40. This one works much better

We love the new brewer and the ability to brew a carafe of coffee. The only thing I dislike is the plain water setting is no longer able to be done in the different size settings and that you have to hold the button down the entire time to get the plain water.
