We aren't huge coffee drinkers but are having a lot of fun with the variety of other options, including teas, juices and lemonade. Easy to brew, easy to navigate the menu. Nice to have the carafe option when hosting a dinner party with more than one coffee drinker present. Brewer looks nice tucked in a corner of my kitchen and doesn't take up a lot of space. I bought a storage drawer to store the K-Cups underneath the brewer, which I love. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Excellent Brewing System

My wife and I really like the K2.0 K550 with the larger water reservoir and the multiple cup size options. Both of us typically use the 8 ounce option and then add a 4 ounce with the same K-Cup. Works out great. Sometimes we use the "Strong" option for an added kick. We do use the K-Cups more often than the K-Carafe packs but the packs come in handy over the weekends and with guests. This winter we've been using the convenient hot water option with some good tea leaves. Did the first descaling / cleaning after 4 months of fairly heavy use and that process took a while but wasn't too bad. Thanks, Keuring, for the free packs for this review.

Keurig 2.0 Will Make Your Day

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. My Keurig 2.0 is actually a model 560, likely added as part of promotional where purchased since it include a generous number of sample K-Cup and K-Carafe packs. Nothing complicated about set-up or operation. No breaking-in necessary, just great coffee and tea from the very first cups. Switching from K-Cup to K-Carafe is easy, and both methods always produce great results. Keurig made the 2.0 to recognize their logo on the inserts to ensure only products Keurig-approved can be brewed--great idea since this ensures only top quality beverage get K-brewed! That logo requirement kept me from brewing tea K-Cups in a package with the logo, but no logo on the individual K-Cups. I called Keurig with my problem and they quickly shipped me 24 of the proper K-Cups at no cost to me! Proving that Keurig is a company with great integrity that will not leave their customers unsatisfied.

We got the 2.0 to replace our Vue machine which to be honest I miss! The Vue had great options, was quieter and it also took less time to heat up in the morning. But with that said I do love the new 2.0 it brews a great cup of coffee!! We love the selection of beverages. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review".

Happy I made the upgrade to my new Keurig 2.0 550. Only owned it for a short time but is easy to use. I love the new design and unique features this brewer offers especially the strong button as I love my coffee hot and strong. This feature ensures that the coffee never tastes weak, even when brewing a 10 oz. cup. Also allows you to brew a full carafe or one K-Cup at a time. I use my brewer everyday! Love the energy saving setting so the brewer automatically turns off automatically after the brewer has sat idle for 15 minutes. Only negatives are that the machine is louder than expected and the lift handle seems like it could break easily if not lifted very gently. The handle also gets full of finger prints quickly and has to be constantly wiped clean. You are limited to Keurig K-Cups only. This is my third Keurig brewer and they keep getting better. Keurig has great customer service. Always friendly and respond back quickly. Great offers are made to you when you become a member to the rewards club so I want to say "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
