I Love my Keurig 2.0

I love using the carafe on the weekends when my husband and I are both home. It also is cheaper to brew the 3-4 cup setting than to brew separate k cups to get that amount so that is nice to save some money. I noticed there is a new more insulated carafe you can buy separately and I might get that to keep the coffee hotter longer.

So, I admit it. I'm a "spoon has to stand straight up in my coffee" kind of guy. Starbucks and other bold blends are enhanced by the "Strong" button. Love my new K550.

I use every morning and immediately enjoy my cup of coffee right as I'm fixing breakfast for the kids. I like the fact that I can set my timer and have it ready to go for me in the morning. With K-cup machines in our home, my office, our son's health club, our motor home, I was already a raving fan. But this new 550 machine is awesome! I love being able to fix a small pot, perfect for two, or an individual cup. Hot water for instant soups or tea is a plus. The set-and-forget options make it easy to have a pot waiting when we wake up. The only negative is that I have way too many favorite flavors & brands that do NOT fit the machine. But Keurig lets me exchange them, so I am still a raving fan.

I like to switch up what I drink. One day I may have coffee, another I may have tea. One cup may be a flavored coffee, and then the next cup might be a regular one. I love the new 2.0 system and the flexibility of making a cup or on the weekends making a carafe for my wife and I! It heats up fast, makes great coffee and there are more and more vendors are making cups. I do wish they would have not changed the I up system. I had to give away almost 100 kcups when my old system finally died.
