The great part is it brews a pot.. However, would like it to include large single cup selections up to 12oz to fill a travel mug.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Takes A While To Preheat, Loud

I use my keurig everyday. It is fantastic for quick coffee in the morning. This is the 4th one I have owned and just love it. I love the fact I dont have to wait for a pot to brew just for one cup. The only negative I have is when you move or need to store them you cannot drain the main tank. Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review

Most Versatile Kerrig Coffeemaker Yet

The 2.0 is a very good machine, but it does not do it all yet. It is quick and quiet with many features, but it needs to be able to do it all, to be a truly remarkable break through. The Vue packs and my K cup need to be added to the features of this machine.

Love K-Carafe Option

Last year I bought three Keurig Brewers for my grown children. They all love the convenience and flexibility of the Keurig. We received the 2.0 as a gift. We love the carafe option as well as the convenience. The real drawback is the lack of a reusable K-cup basket which is available on the Keurigs I bought my children. Being retired the reusable K-cup basket makes ecological as well as budgetary sense. If this option is offered in the future. This Keurig would go from 3 stars to 5 stars and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. "Thanks Keurig,for the free packs for this review."

When I first bought the Keurig K-550 on 1/1/15 I was thinking I had made the biggest financial mistake. My family also seemed skeptical about the Keurig. I brewed my first cup and haven't looked back since. WE LOVE OUR KEURIG! We use it everyday and love the huge selection of brands offering their coffee in K-cups. It's also saved us so much money compared to ordering coffee from popular coffee shops and taste burnt YUCK! Its easy to use and highly customizable to your coffee needs. Oh BTW I love that it can dispense hot water for my teas I still have in the pantry......now the things I feel Keurig can improve is the hot water dispensing part.... You have to hold the button to dispense hot water and it only pours 6oz......since I'm already holding the button why not just remove the 6oz limit? besides that It's a great product for our needs........I'm about to get up out of bed and make myself a coffee now :)
