A very versatile brewer

We use our K550 at least once a day and often more than that. We love how we now have access to so many other brewing options, i.e. K-Cup, K-Carafe, Rivo, Vue, we can brew with many more customizable options, and that it is so much more quiet than our old Keurig Brewer. A couple of improvements would be to not to have to hold down the brewer button to dispense hot water, more brewing sizes for K-Cup coffee, and an option to hook up your brewer to a constant water source so that you don't have to keep filling the reservoir.
Pros: Larger Reservoir, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multple Brewing Types
Cons: 16oz K-cup Option Missing, Hot H2o Feature A Problem

Excellent brewer. This was our first time purchasing a Keurig, but we have used family and friends brewers before. It was my Christmas gift from my husband! I do, however, wished the drink stayed hot a lil longer. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

This keurig is very big and beautiful. It has multiple features and easy to use. I had problems at first because it would not accept the hot cocoa cups that was included in the box, but calling c/s really helped. She was very friendly and helpful. You have to really punch the coffee packs into the slot to make it work, if not you get coffee grinds everywhere. It is easy to clean. I would recommend this keurig for coffee users that do not drink large pots. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Better Tasting Coffee

Long time Keurig Fan and user so I was excited when the 2.0 came out. The on/off is a little funny since you only have to touch it quickly to turn on the brewer but you have to hold that touch to turn it off. It brews slower than my old one BUT the coffee tastes so much better! You just have to keep up the cleanings. I really wish it had more size settings so I could fill up my travel mug (14 oz) with one shot. I love the new lighting features and background designs! I love love the large water tank! Best product ever. Coffee is brewed quickly and comes out hot. Looks great on my countertop. Would like to be able to get more than 6oz of hot water and not have to hold the button down.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! I love the ease of this coffee maker and its stylish! I love the possibilities and ease the entire family can use just wish Keurig would supply biodegradable pods...Otherwise I love this machine and all its bells and whistles!

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Actually, no thanks. As with the new brewer everything is more complicated. Remember when you could just buy cups and put them in your keurig brewer? I certainly do. Not anymore. It's either owned and sold by keurig or nothing. And all of this after buying the Vue brewer just to years before. Fool me once . . .
