I was so pleased by the improved Keurig 2.0 K550 that I made it the Christmas present for each of my four adult children and their families. The ability to increase coffee strength for any given cup size is a very dramatic improvement and the touch screen computer like controls are most impressive. Thank you, Keurig for all you do and for the free packs you kindly offered for this review.

Use my Keurig everyday. Love the convenience of it and the larger water reservoir. Also really love that I have the option of making my coffee stronger, with the added stronger option. The hot water feature is also handy, although it is somewhat frustrating that it only dispences 6 ounces of water, none of my cups are only 6 ounces. Do wish that the cup sizes were bigger as I have to brew twice in order to fill my to go cup or even my morning coffee cup. Also really enjoy the carafe option as I do not have to brew twice when my husband and I are both enjoying our coffee. Again, would like for the carafe to be somewhat bigger as the 4-5 cup option for our cups is really only 2 cups. Overall happy with the convenience of my Keurig. Love Option to Brew Stronger Coffee

I have bought Keurig brewers for my three grown children and they all love the convenience of being able to brew not only the K-cups when in a hurry but the optional reusable K-cup baskets so you can brew your own special blend of coffee. We received this brewer as a gift. We were disappointed that this option is not available on the 2.0 and almost returned it. We are retired and for as ecological as well as budgetary reasons the reusable K-cup basket would raise this from a three star to a five star product. I really like my new Keurig brewer. The only downside is that even though it lists 10 different cup sizes, you cannot make a 12 ounce cup of coffee without brewing twice. I'm afraid I'm wearing out my coffeemaker!! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

this is my third keurig coffee maker. each time is gets better and better. I love the fact that I can have a fresh cup whenever I want it. the only drawback is that the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot too long.
