LOVE the machine. It can be frustrating buying the K-cups as it is not always easy to tell if they will work or not from the packaging. Also it is a little pricey compared to others on the market.
Pros: Bigger Water Reserve, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Can't Use All K-cups

The Keurig 2.0 is easy to program and to use. I love the large water storage container and the space allowed for tall mugs. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to brew at a lower temperature for green tea. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

A quiet, easy to use brewing system

We have been using Keurig brewers for years now and really like the larger reservoir and the option of making a pot. While it takes longer to heat up because of the extra water, the coffee brewing time is fast. It also recovers quickly for a second person to get a cup. The only thing we have found that we don't like is that it has some extra dripping after brewing, even if we let it sit a minute. All in all, a great choice for us and one we highly recommend.

I got this brew as a Christmas gift and love it. I use it about two to three times a day and brew everything from coffee to hot cocoa. It's also really nice to be able to use Vue cups and K cups in the same machine. The only concern I have is that the hot water on demand feature. You are suppose to get six ounces of hot water by pressing and holding the brew button but, I have noticed that you have to do this process three or four times because it dispenses less than six ounces the first time. For example if I wanted hot water I would lift the handle and close it press and hold the brew button and only end up with about two ounces of hot water. In order to get six I have to repeat the process until it gets it right. I also don't understand why they choose six ounces I would prefer eight instead. However I rarely use the hot water on demand because it is a headache and shouldn't be so complicated to get hot water. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

We have not found anything about the product we don't care for. What I like the most is being able to grab a hot drink before bedtime. We keep decaf, tea and apple cider for this use. I love being able to let my guests pick what they like.
