We get up at different times so we each get a hot cup of flavor, size, and strength of our choice of coffee. The filter system is the only thing I have any comments about. It is hard to take apart to remove the filter.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Complicated Controls

It is a Morning Wonder for us. The convenience of no paper filters, cleaning a carafe, makes my mornings more wonderful. I never would have believed the convenience of a coffee pot, we honestly look forward to making our first cup in the morning. Never thought we would be so excited over that. I was really hesitant about purchasing a coffee maker for that price, thank you for proving me wrong, what a wonderful surprise.

I use this product everyday and I enjoy it very much. I like the up to 6 ounce water dispense feature. The water capacity is a blessing for me. Love the carafe as well. It's a winner in my book. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Not worth buying yet if the plan is for carfe. Not many choices of coffees or tea to buy . Once more choice are available this will be great. So at this time I can't recommend

I contacted Keurig last week because my original brewer- probably 5 years old started leaking. Keurig was so helpful in getting me a new unit and even discounted the 2.0 K550. Love it!!!!!! This is the fourth or fifth Keurig purchased by my family of 6. We bought this one as our previous platinum one was being passed to one of our children moving out of the house. Our original Keurig is still in use. We use both the carafe and the single cups for coffee, hot and iced tea, hot chocolate and hot water for instant meal cups and recipes. My only complaints is that you cannot get more than 6 oz of hot water at one time and that you cannot make a single cup bigger than 10 oz, which doesn't fill a travel mug. No regrets buying this Keurig. Which is used multiple times daily. Keep up the good work Keurig.
