The only con that I can see is the fact that you cannot use all Keurig coffees or use the filler cup with ground coffee like you could with all the other machines. Other than that, I love this machine...........

I loved my old brewer so when my husband bought me a new 2.0 I was ecstatic! I love the versatility of the 2.0 and the large reservoir. Also I appreciate the stylishness of it. I was disappointed to find out that there is only a certain type of cup that can be used in the brewer, but after a quick call to Keith's AWESOME customer service, my love was restored! Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review!

My wife and I use this brewer two or three times a day;our major complaint is it does not brew the coffee hot enough If there was a way to regulate the brew temperature,it would be a greater product.This is the one and only con or complaint we can think of.

I still grind my beans every morning and use a French Press. That's good for my first 3 cups of black coffee. The rest of the day I may drink 2-3 more cups and its nice to have a variety of real coffee and also flavors to choose from. My Keurig gives me a wide variety to choose from. I love it!
