Awesome machine

I have my 2 cups every morning and don't always want the same kind so my brewer is perfect, especially since I like my coffee a little weak so I can actually do an 8 oz AND 4 oz with one k-cup and it comes out perfect for me! Also it's fantastic when we have company, we generally make a carafe of regular coffee and then the rest of us can choose whatever flavor or strength of coffee we want. My husband drinks about 10 cups a day and also likes to change up the type and flavor. We all enjoy the different colored lights and the look of the coffee pot as well. The only thing I don't care for is that it is a bit noisy clicking but it's a minor annoyance and I wouldn't trade my 2.0 Keurig for anything! The cup sizes are perfect for my family, we all like it different strengths so we love it.

This is my first Keurig and absolutely love it. It is very easy to use and has excellent features. I like all the features and I like the fact that there are many drink selections to choose from for this brewer, it's not a limited selection like other brewer brands. I find it amazing that for how big this brewer is it brews your drinks very quickly. I don't have anything bad to say about this brewer.

Keurig 2.0-K560 Needs Work!

I went through 4 of these coffee makers. They all had the same issue. The one I got from Keurig was the worst. It only made 1 cup of coffee. Then water would not come out. I did trouble shooting with Keurig and still did not work.
Pros: Easy to clean, Brews quickly
Cons: Pump Is Defective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kuerig Has Changed How We Drink Coffee

Before Kuerig, we always brewed a pot of coffee in the morning, and had grown tired of the same old thing. Our son talked us into a Kuerig, and we have not questioned our choice since. We now drink much more, and are excited with all the choices....from Breakfast Blends to the flavored coffees in the evenings. Our favorites... Nantucket Blend, Krispee Creme Smooth, Donut Shop, and Folgers Mocha Swirl, but we try them all and like most of them. Had no idea how many types of coffee were available. Love it! Not as good as the old model

I am massively disappointed in the Keurig 2.0. It brews at a much slower rate than the old machine, which like, is the sole reason to get a Keurig. The fact that I must buy only approved K-cups drives me crazy (am I only allowed to use Mr. Coffee coffee in my drip machine?) and the machine malfunctions way more than the simple older model. I have already had to send one back because the computer chip in the new one wouldn't notice that the safety guard had been removed upon shipping. The only positive is the customer service for Keurig is top notch and they did all they could to get me a new machine. I respect that. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
