Love My Keurig 2.0 K550

This is our second Keurig brewer. I feel the Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewer has more great features than my previous one, and the touch screen menu is much easier to use. It makes a great pot of coffee, and even better cup of whatever pod we've tried. It does require frequent cleaning, but with Keurig's instructional videos, it was easy to figure out how to do it. I highly recommend this product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Perfect cup of coffee

I absolutely love this machine. I like a cup of coffee when I wake up, and occasionally throughput the day. You get a fresh cup each time. It's also perfect when I have guests, we can use the carafe for everyone to share. I love the new design and the ability to customize it all around. It looks great in our kitchen and I change the wallpaper depending on he time of year. The only down side is that I can't use an environmentally friendly reusable cup if I ever want to, but hopefully that will change in the future! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Can not adjust the temprature

Quick and easy to brew, as long as the machine is not plugged up. I found that once the machine plugs up. It has to be cleaned about every 12 brews. I prefer creamer in my coffee, once it's added the coffee is just not hot enough and I need to put it in the microwave

So Disappointed

I was so excited to get my Keurig 2.0 home. I have several friends that have Keurig's and they all love them. Having the single cup experience with them, I knew it was for me. I bought my 2.0 and a refillable filter, knowing that I prefer not to have the waste go into our landfills. Little did I know that, Keurig had insured that my little refillable filter wouldn't work. I got an OOPS error when I tried to use it. When I called Keurig, I was told there would not be a compatible filter for at least 6 months. So I went to my local roaster and picked up a set of their K cups, fine... I'll pollute the environment but at least I will support local business. BUT NOOOO... Keurig won't have that. Apparently, Keurig believes they still own my coffee pot because I can't pick the coffee I brew in said pot. The k cups must have a keurig logo or they don't work on the 2.0. so local roasters are out folks. I will be returning said pot as I can't do as I please with it. In general, a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Best everyday caffeine fix in the World

I use everyday for my caffeine fix. It's fast, easy to use, and makes a great cup of coffee. The misses uses it to brew her tea and she can get her favorite tea in the K-cup. We had company with us this past weekend and used the pot that came with the brewer. My only regret is, I didn't get a Keurig brewer a long time ago. It just works and works great! I/we love it.

First Keurig and loving it!

This is my first Keurig and i love it so far! Startup fast and brews fast too. I was skeptical getting this after reading reviews but bit the bullet to try one as many of my friends have the older model and love it. I will say though that it clogged after the 5th use but was able to clean it with the cleaner it came with. This is truly my opinion and i thank keurig for the free pods for this review

Totally inconsistent

Our Keurig 2.0 produces between 4 and 12 plus ounces no matter what the setting. Sometimes coffee runs over the top of a 12 oz mug when 10 ounces is selected. We have tried several varieties of coffee and none have much flavor.
