Couldn't find anything else in one of my rewards catalogs, so decided to cash in points on a Keurig 2.0 & take it to work. We all *love* it. Much less coffee waste, because we don't brew a couple pots each day. The cup of coffee is always fresh and everyone has their favorites so we don't have to try to juggle a type of coffee that everyone likes. My husband originally scoffed at Keurigs as being too fancy, but the first 2.0 was at our house for the weekend before I took it to work and he fell in love with it...so we bought a K550 for home. Now we can have a cup of coffee for dessert in the evenings without brewing an entire pot. When we get up mornings at way different times, no need to reheat or brew another pot. Husband likes the mocha that is brewed with the hot chocolate setting. We even use the nightlight feature! As far as negatives go, so far the limitation of the 2.0 has not been a concern at home or work; there are plenty of brands and flavors available that are Keurig approved. It would be better if we could use other coffees - I have favorite flavored coffees that no one Keurig-approved offers - but for now I am still exploring Keurig flavors. At least one coworker is going to upgrade his several-year-old Keurig to the 2.0 because he likes the one here at work so much. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love my new Keurig coffee maker, but the most wonderful thing is that I can have a cup of whatever flavor that I want and my husband can have the flavor that he prefers without having to make a full pots of coffee. We can also make cocoa and tea in a variety of sizes in such a short period of time. LOVE IT!!!

I haven't had any issues to far. I love the look of the brewer and the ease of use. My 10 year old grandson can make his own hot chocolate. I like the coffee but REALLY LOVE the lemondate and iced tea.

Absolutely love this keurig! I have had it for about 5 months and my only regret is that I have not gotten one sooner! Every single cup of coffee is perfect! The fact that you can make delicious iced coffee as well is just perfect!
