A bang for your bck

For the most part the system works as advertised. I use it several times a day however the older k cups do not work with this system and there is a process to make them but it's aggravatig. The alerts feature is great, howerever the filter system is flimsy ants cracks very easily. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Better than my VUE

I purchased this brewer because the decaf options for the VUE were too limited. My wife and I drink leaded drinks most of the day but I like to switch to decaf in the evening. I know there was a reusable cup out there for the VUE, but I just didn't want to have to hassle with it. The K-Cup varieties are plentiful for decaf, regular and specialty. At first I was concerned about the DRM thing and it not allowing non Keurig branded K-Cups but I have found I don't really feel the need to look around for options. Keurig.com has had anything I have wanted to try. My wife really likes the Chai Latte and Green Mountain French Vanilla Coffee. I was disappointed that I had to buy the premium model to get the ability to use it for just hot water, that was one feature we loved on our VUE. All in all I have not had any buyers remorse on this purchase and would purchase it again. I very rarely do any types of reviews but I received an offer for an honest review; Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

We have used a coffee pot for the last 15 years and finally got a Keurig 2.0 550 for a gift. We love it and use it every day. The flip top tank refill option is fabulous and the automated settings make this brewer ready to go every morning when we wake up.

My Keurig 2.0 is wonderful,I love how I can make a carafe when I have company over.It's so easy to use drop a k-cup in and hit the button ,it's that easy .the only bad thing I could say ,when it firs came out the 2.0 cups were limited but know it seems almost all k cup are 2.0 ready ,I recommend this to ever coffee drinker in the world ,it is a must have

Worth every penny

We bought this because we were Interested in the coffee pot option. We are light coffee drinkers, our extended family are heavy coffee drinkers. We did not want to have a two coffe machines taking up that much counter space. So this was the perfect fit! It is a lifesaver when we have company. My only complaint is that the coffee does not stay warm. It must be served right away. Other than that, we love our Keurig 2.0. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
