Very Disappointed with the 2.0 Brewer

We had our platinum brewer for almost 2 years before the pump died. We purchased a new 2.0 Brewer that lastest 2 weeks. The second lasted 2 days, and the third lastest 1 month. The pump died in all three brewers. I am so disappointed with Keurig.

Great new Keurig

We have had our new brewer for about 3 months and we love it. We had the basic model and decided to upgrade, and glad we did. Our daughter now has our older one and it is still working great.

When I get to the Keurig in the morning I'm basically sleep walking ;thank god it's so simple to use !!! Just a few movements and hot steaming , delicious coffee is soon waking me up. Not even close to my last Keurig

Very poor of Keurig to limit this machine to only Keurig k-cups. Also liked having a switch, on my last keurig, to turn the machine off. The controls are way over done on this machine. This will be my last Keurig.
Cons: Complicated Controls, Loud, Limited Features, Small Pot, HARD TO CLEAN
