Keurig 2.0 stinks

If I could give the 2.0 zeros stars - I would. We were having trouble with our regular Keurig and called the service center in April of this year. It was suggested that we try the 2.0. From the very first cup, the coffee was full of grounds and the machine was a mess. We called again and received another brewer and it did the same thing at the end of April. We called again after vacationing where there was the old style Keurig brewer and the machine was fabulous and they sent us yet another 2.0 and the first 3 cups of coffee we brewed were a mess. Three new brewers in 4 months and none compare to the old style. If 2.0 is your future then you are doomed. We are done with Keurig!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Keurig but...

I bought the k550 after my old Keurig died. I drink coffee daily and love Keurig machines. I can drink a variety of coffees without having to make a whole pot and have it go to waste. My only complaint is that my wife drinks tea which she brews with tea bags and the new machine only brews if there is a pod in or it can make 6 oz. of hot water at a time and you have to stand there and hold the brew button. Needless to say, she was not too happy about that since she makes 12 oz. cups she has to stand there and go through that process twice for one cup of tea. They should make hot water available in any size and not need to hold the button. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Cons: Hot Water Is Only 6 Oz

When ever I get in the morning, I can have a fresh brewed cup of coffee quickly, hot, and delicious! I work nights and previously I made a pot and microwaved a cup each morning. Wasted a lot as it tasted bad after a couple of days.

My new Keurig 2.0

First cup of the day in a few minutes! No bitter bottom of the pot. Lots of choices, everybody gets what they like. However, I wish I still could use the Keurig adapter from my old Keurig that allowed me to use my own ground coffee. It would also be nice to have a 12oz size for those who like coffee less strong.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Always fresh coffee, Stylish, Easy to clean, Durable

Great news, we’ve heard consumers’ requests and we are actively working on technology advancements to ensure we have a My K-Cup® solution that will be compatible with Keurig 2.0 technology. Cup Sizes

This is our second K2.0 -Brewer. we drink from 2-6 cups a day each. But!! it does not offer a good selection of cup sizes. In America we drink from 14 oz. to 18 oz. cup size. Or larger if you drink and drive. Please make a button for 16 oz. on a single push of the button. In AL they have the same request (Daughter). Who just wants 6 oz. of hot water, hot chocolate drinkers use 14-16 oz. cups. But I'm dedicated Keurig 2.0.

Great machine, quick, easy, convenient for multiple people drinking multiple kinds of beverages! The only drawback is it wont brew some of the older K-cups we still have in the cupboard, but very versatile, and convenient to get a good drink quickly. LOVE IT !!!

This is my second Keurig (I gave my first one to my Mother). The 550 is wonderful, it is quiet and fast. I love the versatility with the pods (I can use Vue ones), I have found that the carafe doesn't stay hot long enough for one person, but for two or more people it is great.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Stylish
