This machine is used daily by the whole family. Whether it's a tea or hot cocoa it can be used by the whole family. It grows on us more and more everyday.

This review window layout and instruction is very hard to use; it discourages comment which miight be helpful to Keurig (the mandated brevity is ridiculous). In both instances; your product performed poorly and suggests to the consumer that internal quality assurance practices need review!! Sorry, I am no longer a fan, nor is my extended family.

Use my KEURIG 2.0 K550 mainly on weekends. Love being able to make just one cup at a time. Love the elegant, sleek design of the system. Love that clean-up is a breeze! No muss no fuss! Really have had no problems with the system at all.

I have put off buying a Keurig because we drink so much coffee that brewing by the cup was too much brewing. The insulated carafe was just what we needed! It is a little noisier when it brews than my parent's single cup brewer, but that is definitely not a deal breaker! I hope that Keurig is designing carafe packs in more flavors and larger package sizes. We love our brewer!! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!!

Upgrade from the Vue V700 and I couldn't be happier, I love the Keurig 2.0 550 model, I can now make a pot of coffee when family is here and don't have to do it cup by cup anymore, I use the single cups during the week before work and pots of coffee for the family during the weekend, I do wish it had a option for larger cup sizes for the single kcup use, the largest I can get the machine to make is 10oz, I'm ok with that for the most part, but the option would still be nice, also there's no auto brew option, would love to prepare the night before and wake up with it waiting on me, other than that I am happy I made the upgrade, this machine looks nice sitting on my counter, also it hold 80oz of water in the tank, that's huge!! It will take the water all the way down before it stops and asked you to refill, with my Vue it would stop mid brew and flash "refill water" before it would even finish!! If you are thinking about upgrade or buying this machine, just do it! Don't wait, you won't regret it!!

Never dreamed making coffee could be so

I love to get up in the morning, put my dog outside and then brew two cups of coffee. I have my coffee before the dog is ready to come back inside! Such a pleasure early in the morning! I cannot offer any complaints about my Keurig. However, I do have some suggestions for future designs. I think the process for dispensing hot water is very inconvenient, and the amount dispensed is too small. As a senior citizen on a budget, I find the available coffee pods expensive and would welcome an accessory from Keurig that would allow me to use my own coffee. Along with this added convenience, I would love to choose the carafe or single cup brew! Being proactive in trying to "save the planet", the constant plastc pods going into my garbage is unnerving. All of this being said, I LOVE my Keurig just the way it is! I wouldn't trade it for the world! And, by the way, Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
