I have loved Keurig from the very first brewer. This brewer is by far the best yet. Love the multiple settings, the strong setting, and the carafe. I havent used it but love that I have the option. Thanks , Keurig for the free packs for this review

Keirig 2.0 not what we expected

I like the versatility of the individual cup vs the carafe. However, carafe does not keep coffee hot for long. Also, any k-cup that is not Keurig brand IS NOT compatible with this brewer. My previous Keurig could use off-brand k-cups, which offered many varieties. I have wasted many cups trying to get them to work with this unit. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Not Compatible Wall Kcup, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features

This was given to me as a Christmas gift and initially I was skeptical because I knew I would only have limited use. However, after my initial use I was hooked! I also love how the VUE products are becoming compatible with the 2.0 brewers!! Love, love, love my K550.

This is my 4th Keurig. Love the customer service you get when you call with an issue. I splurged and bought the 550 Model. Love the night light feature and the stronger brewing button. I can't drink coffee any other way.
