I love this machine. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that you can only brew 10 ounce cups at a time. I use travel mugs and would love a bigger brew size button. I also don't like that I have older Kcups that can't be used in this machine. I feel like if I bought Keurig Kcups before that don't have Keurig Brewed written on them they should work in any Keurig machine. Now I have coffee I can't use. You should put a USB on the machines so when you update machines, you can do it through a USB instead of having to go out and purchase a new brewer. I like the Karate, but the coffee is expensive. I do love Keurig, but some changes need to be made.
Pros: Brews quickly, Karafe, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Nice Colors, Durable
Cons: Needs Bigger Brewing Size, Needs Cup Size Over 10oz

Carafe is small and does not keep hot. Otherwise we use the brewer to satisfy our own desire and we don't have to brew a whole pot to share. Fresh brewed is good tasting

makes a really good single up...up to 10 oz...carafe doesn't not seem to have the flavor of small cup...still trying different setting to figure out better flavors...haven't been able to find cups for setting 2-5 yet. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use our Keurig every day. The hot water feature could be improved. Doesn't give you as much water as desired. Would really like some more carafe choices than are available. Drawbacks are that you cannot set favorites on single cups, only karafes. Also, a large travel mug won't fit underneath like it did on my other model.
