We love our Keurig 2.0! We use it daily! We love the style (color changes) and water filter. If we had to change one thing: Heat up faster or not so noisy. But, huge improvement from our original Keurig! Like we said, we love it!

Use the 550 every morning, easy to get that cup of coffee brewed nice and hot. Like that the drain catch is removable for taller cups and mugs. Don't like the plastic water filter holder. I broke one of the slides, trying to get the used, wet water filter out (slippery).

Most pleasant discovery is that 2.0 brews Vue cups as well as K cups.

For me I am a basic Folgers guy so not a great savings on my end. But the ease of brewing 1 cup is nice. My wife loved supporting the local coffee stands at $5+ per cup. This machine will pay for it's self in months:). Only complaint is from the kids...no good flavored hot chocolate cups. Still works good to heat up a single serving of H2O...wish it had an 8oz setting for the hot water (currently only 4 and 6).
