My husband uses this brewer daily for coffee. He loves that he can put his travel mug under the brewer and it dispenses the appropriate amount. He also loves the multiple varieties of drinks such as coffees, teas and hot chocolates and well as iced tea.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. The Keurig 2.0 is beautiful, compact, elegant, and the touchscreen is a huge improvement over the old models. Coffee brews hot and delicious. Unfortunately, we have run into a lot more malfunctions with this machine than our old one, though. It jams very easily and refuses to let water flow through it. Because of the sophistication of the design, the screen seems to get "stuck" when something is wrong with the flow mechanisms and won't give you any indication what is wrong. It also won't reset itself once the problem is fixed. So there is a lot of unplugging and restarting involved every time you have clean out the needles and do test runs. This can result in wasted K-cups if you think you are in the clear but the machine thinks otherwise--- it will run an ounce or two through your K-cup and then just stop. I do wish they would create some onscreen troubleshooting when something is wrong so that the "fix-it" process would run a little more smoothly. On the whole though, I am pretty happy with the machine and love the way it looks in my kitchen.

My husband and I each make at least 2 10oz cups each morning. At first he did not like it but I bought the individual pods to make his from regular coffee and now he has decided it is the best there is and I get to make my flavored coffee every morning for myself. I love it.
