I use this product every day, I like the auto brew feature for those early morning starts. The controls are simple to use. I would like to have a auto start brew for the k cups and additional brew sizes. The carafe does not keep coffee warm for very long.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Limited Kcup Brew Sizes

Love keurig coffeemakers

I use this brewer everyday. I like the travel size. I had bought a previous model 4 years ago and I would have to brew two cups in order to take it on the go. The one feature I don't like is the brewed hot water. I like to use this to make tea but it only brews up to 6 oz and you have to hold down the button to do so. I also miss the feature of the old model where I could fill the refillable Kcup with any coffee. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

This product I feel is good in any setting commercial or professional. Personally I feel the brewer is sometimes hard to clean. Even if you use filtered or bottled water you have to clean if fairly often. Overall this is a good product but it can use some improvements.

Great Upgrade from the Keurig Vue

This was a great upgrade from my Vue machine. While I loved my Vue, it had limited choices for coffee selections. While the 2.0 only allows you to brew 10 oz per k-cup, it isn't that bad a thing, I just brew 3 now vs. my normal 2 I had before. The machine works great and I love all the features! Love the screen color features Great idea having the carafe Got a blank screen after 1 month of use-had to unplug unit. OK so far. Maximum should 12 instead of 10 ounces.
