I got this 2.0 for my birthday in December,it's one of the best gifts ever! I don't drink strong coffee, but I run the water through twice and gives me big cup of perfectly brewed coffee."thanks,keurig,for the free packs for this review".I will continue to order the delicious flavors you offer!!

Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System

This is my second Keurig purchase, I upgraded from a K45 Elite model to the Keurig 2.0 550 Platinum Model, and I absolutely love the coffee makers! I absolutely love the Keurig 2.0 550 Platinum Model because the variety it has to offer with using either single cups or brewing a karafe pitcher. The design of the machine is neat, it has many options to choose from to change colors, time clock settings, etc. The water reservoir holds much more water and brews a variety of different styles. The only downfall to the machine is some k-cups may not brew if the k-cups are not branded by Keurig. If you contact customer service they will help with the k-cups and replacing if need too. I love this Keurig machine, love the style of it and the fact of different brewing options. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

We love our kuerig. I use it everyday. Downside is you can't use your own coffee grounds with this version. Has to be the new kcups only.

K550 Almost Perfect

The k550 is just right for me; ready for single cups, which I use most of the time, but also ready to make a pot when I have guests. My only complaint: After dispensing hot water, I can't open it up without a lengthy tussle. I don't want to pull so hard on the handle that I break it, so sometimes it takes a minute or so to get it to open. I overcame the problem by saving a used hot chocolate pod that I reuse to fool it into thinking it made a cup.

I make a carafe of coffee once or twice a day for my use. I love the ability to make a carafe instead of one cup at a time. It is easy and convenient. I would have liked an insulated carafe included. Purchased it separately to keep the coffee hotter. Would suggest adding a warming element for carafe to keep the coffee hot. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
