Absolutely love our Keurig brewer! My wife and I have been interested in one for some time, and we finally took the plunge last Christmas. I'm only sorry we didn't make the switch sooner! We love the variety of coffees available, and the convenience of brewing a piping hot cup of coffee at any time is hard to beat. Although it has nothing to do with our opinion, thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

When we want a fast cup of coffee and we don't want to mess with the large drip coffeemaker we use the Keurig. It's easy and fast. We're glad we finally purchased one.

I absolutely love the Keurig 2.0 550! It is so easy to use even my 8 and 5 year old love using it to make hot coco! It is stylish and fits with the rest of my kitchen decor. I also love the lighted tank and the water filter cartridge reminder!

Great concept, love the carafe. I'd rather put fresh water in daily than have it sit in a tank. Disappointed that it ONLY takes Keurig coffee packs, all others will not work on the 2.0 550 model. No competition on pricing and limited flavors.
Pros: Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: Long Brew Time, Water Tank, Only Uses Keurig Coffee

Some like it kept HOT

The Keurig Carafe isn't well insulated and doesn't keep coffee hot. I have to pour my freshly made carafe into a camping style thermos to keep it hot, not a huge deal but another item on my counter to add to the kitchen clutter. My husband and I both drink coffee in the morning and the carafe is a wee bit small. Brewing a whole second carafe is too much. Would love an 'inbetween' option- or brew a 6-8 cup carafe option. That said, I still LOVE this product, it's easy to use and the coffee tastes like it should! (not burnt, too strong or too watered down, or bitter) I could never get it right with my Mr. Coffee. Even using the high end beans from the expensive coffee bar never tasted great! Taste to me is the most important. So I'm Loving my Keurig! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I got the k 550 in December and in just a few months have had to exchange 3 times already because the water stopped pumping.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Had To Return 3 Times Due

I bought this unit for my office. Brews quickly and its very convenient to use. A variety of different sizes lets you brew only what you'll be able to drink. The carafe is great during meetings.
