This product is easy everyone in the family can use it. It's great when it's just yourself because you can make one cup at a time. But it's also great when you have friends over because then you can make a pot. The only thing I don't like is you have to make sure you are only buying new kcups. The old ones do not work. So you have to make sure the box has a check mark on it.
Pros: Quick and easy, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Can Only Use New Kcups

Overall great upgrade from my original Keurig. We love the night light feature and the timer for in the mornings. It doesn't take long to heat up but it's always nice to have it instant when you're in a hurry to get out the door. I wish the hot water had cup size choices instead of the "hold for water" setting. I drink as much tea as coffee and I find myself holding the button multiple times for one cup. Also, I sometimes want coffee that doesn't come in kcups and it was always nice to have that fillable basket option. Those baskets no longer work in the 2.0. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Lovin' my 2.0!

A great gift from my husband! I had a B90 Special Edition for 6 years before getting my 2.0 K550. I love the large reservoir and quick heating! Easy-to-use touchscreen menu lets me adjust quickly. Very quiet brewing - especially compared to the B90. I like the hot water option - wish I could get more than 6 oz at a time though. I also like the hot cocoa/other option for teas. I do like the carafe option but haven't used it yet. So far, guests like to pick their own individual flavors. When the water runs out, the machine won't let you power down or change the screen UNTIL you add water. I also dislike the low clearance...I have to remove the tray for some of my taller mugs, and I have to tilt/hold onto my travel mugs. Very hard to clean the K-Cup area. And when I switched from my B90 to the 2.0, I was unable to use some of my older "Keurig" approved K-cups because they didn't have the "Brewing Technology" stamped foil lids. Argh. Overall, I am really enjoying my 2.0 and hope it lasts as long as my previous Keurig!

Cons: Cannot Use My K-cup, HARD TO CLEAN

This is my first in home coffee maker, and its great! I'm just one person, so K cups make it easy for me, and I don't waste any coffee. Just ordered some tea packs, so I can use this at all times of the day! A reusable cup option would be great as I enjoy many brands of coffee not currently offerred in K Cups.

I like carafe (doesnt spill) but too small & doesnt stay hot, doesnt brew hot enough either. Wife like cups strong need 12 & 16 oz sizes,

I use my Keurig every day! I love that it makes the perfect cup of HOT coffee FAST! I do wish there were K-Cups that fit my brewer for Lattes and Cappuccinos! Otherwise, I absolutely LOVE how easy it is to make perfect coffee everyday and my husbands loves how quickly he can make a cup of hot tea with either the tea k-cup or just by using the hot water button and a tea bag in his mug!
