I use my keurig 2.0 brewer every single day, about three times per day. I still have my keurig mini, which I also adore. it is perfect for camping trips and for going out of town. my little brother bought me the 2.0 for christmas, and I am in love! my family members also love it,using it for hot coco uses on cold days, and of course coffee! we absolutely love how fast it brews,and it always comes out tasting delicious, fresh, and always the perfect temperature. the stylish design is lovely, and we all adore how we can change the wallpaper and the reservoir light to match our kitchen, or to match with holiday colors! the pot is also perfect. the size is excellent and our coffee stays nice and hot. I have had absolutely no issues, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Great for everyday use, esprcially when only one or wo cups need to be brewed. Initial set up somewhat complicated unless you read all the directions.

I am able to have whatever type of coffee I have on hand at a moments notice! I love the convenience. Fixing a cup to go, is a luxury! Despite the vast variety to select from, I wish you could use any k-cup type like so many of the Keurig's prior to the 2.0.

Very nice brewer and certainly a way to enjoy quick and easy brewing while having the option to lower your cost per cup. Two caveats are 1) the incompatibility with older k-cups from certain companies (even those like Timothy's who are now compliant), and 2) that if brew in the carafe and will be some time consuming it, you will need to buy the stainless carafe. The supplied plastic one is useful only if coffee will be consumed very shortly after brewing. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Keurig is our only coffee maker we use. You can count on a great cup of coffee, cup after cup. We haven't found any thing negative about our 2.0 Series, 550 maker, except the line you need to wait in for your turn. Everyone wants a Keurig brewed cup of coffee when they come to my house, plus they have also found the Hot Spiced Cider is an extra wonderful treat!
