Great Machine!

I recently upgraded to the K 2.0 from the K-45 and I love it! It has a much larger capacity, brews quieter and has a filter so I don't have to de-scale. You can brew regular sized cups or a carafe, which is great for when company is over. Best things: Fast, quiet, filtered, looks great, nice screen controls. Worst things: you have to hold down the button to get hot water, you can't set individual cups up to brew at a specific time, only carafe, and you can't use old k-cups. Overall I gave it 4/5 stars because of the things I listed above, but it's a wonderful machine!
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: Doesn't Brew Old Kcups, HARD TO CLEAN

Lots of options

Tons of options, and has a large and very responsive touch screen. Needle clogged with coffee grounds within a week of light use. Called Keurig support and was told to push the cup in to puncture the bottom of the cup before closing the lid to puncture the top. We'll see how that goes, otherwise I may be plugging the old Keurig back in and returning this one... Recommended if this is actually a fix to my issue. Thanks, Keurig for the free pods for this review.

My wife likes "regular" coffee. I have to drink decaf coffee. This gives us the ease of having a cup of coffee together without going through the lengthily process of cleaning out a pot to make decaf coffee and trying to figure out how to keep the coffee brewed in the first pot warm.

This is my first coffee machine and I absolutely love it! It makes the perfect cup of coffee for one person. There's so many flavors to choose from that you will never get bored. I love that it quick and easy to use and that there is nothing to clean up after. I haven't found anything I have disliked about the machine.I will never buy another machine again! After owning the previous Brewer model for ~ 5 yrs, bought the 2.0 version as replacement. It is temperamental, requiring constant cleaning with a paper clip to enable it to brew, and spews coffee spray all over the counter. Further, many of the nice features from the original model have been deleted (set temperature, chg default cup size, use of other company's pods, use of Keurig pod with other ground coffees, etc). Back to drip coffee makers !

Cons: Loud, Not Reliable, HARD TO CLEAN, Poor Design Features, Limited Features

Biggest disappointment is inability to brew larger cup from the k cup. Previous brewer had large cup setting that allowed 12 oz.

I received this Keurig to replace an older model that broke. I have been very happy with this model. It heats quickly, and it is a quiet, quick brew. My husband likes stronger coffee, so he really likes the option to make a stronger cup of coffee. We both really miss the larger, 12 oz, size option. We haven't really used the carafe, but like that option for when we have guests. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this unbiased review.

I am going back to the smaller product, as I had better luck. To improve the smaller unit consider allowing for bigger cup sizes.
