Once out of the box the set up was a snap. I was so anxious to start using it and the instrutions were a breeze. practicaly just add water put in the kpack plug in and go. The cleaning was a super easy...I dont know why I haven't bought one earlier. Its definately a time saver and makes it easy to clean. The only problem I see with it is holding down the kurig button when it is self cleaning....other than that its great. Will definately recommend it to anyone still dealing with cleaning out a traditional coffee maker. Thanks Kurig! Your a life and time saver :)

The Keurig 2.0 came with great instructions on how to set it up and make use of all it's features. It looks beautiful and goes great with my stainless steel appliances. The LED light in the water tank is fun and beautiful. It brews a great cup as well as a pot of coffee which I love because I entertain quite offen so the 4 cup carafe is very handy. If there is one little thing I would say negative it would be the small opening in the water tank. If you want to pour water in it from say a pitcher the opening is rather small and the lid doesn't stay up by itself, but that is a small issue compared to the good stuff. Mostly use individual K-cups for my coffee. Have only used carafe couple of times because I like my coffee very hot, but nice to have carafe option if having guests.

I found this product at bed bath and beyond. Bought if for my wife and we both love it. Brews great coffee and tea every time. The only this i wish it had was a longer hot water brew. But great product and Thanks,Keurig,for the free packs for this review.
