Love this brewer! I am glad this brewer uses filters. Coffee taste great and I love the idea of being able to brew a single cup or a carafe. The tank holds more water so less time in filling it.

I've owned 4 or 5 Keurigs and this is my favorite so far. I will say that it was VERY frustrating to realize that NONE of my older K-cups would work. I think this could've been disclosed a bit more clearly. Keurig did give me 2 free boxes when i called to complain. Also, it would be nice if the cup size and 'strong' settings could be setup as defaults and if a cup brewed a little faster. Ideally, i would like a larger cup...10 oz doesn't fill a large mug. When I have company I can set it up to make the coffee and be ready when my guests get up even if I am still in bed. Like the Favorite Feature. The night light is nice. Instruction Booklet is excellent. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review. Signed up with Keurig for a drawing for this 2.0 Brewer which I won. Needless to say my older Keurig was quite old and really enjoying this newer one

We received our Keurig 2.0 as a gift for Christmas. It has been a great addition to our kitchen. It's so easy to use, although sometimes when I'm in a hurry for that first cup of coffee it might take a little longer than I would like. On the weekends we enjoy using the carafe. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this new coffeemaker. When we got an "oops" message on the 2.0, I called Keurig immediately and they made it more than right. They are definitely a company that stands behind their products. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great Improvements Over Earlier Models

I love this brewer! It's the 2nd model I've owned. I use it daily. I really like the quick heating and brewing time plus the programmable features. The hot-water-only feature is great. I use it to top off my cup and clean the brewer at the same time. Can't find much about it that I don't like. Highly recommend this brewer to anyone. Too restrictive

We are very disappointed in this model. This is our 4th or 5th Keurig brewer and we are sorry we bought this model. We thought we were getting a new improved model and it is far too restrictive. The pods we previously bought from the website cannot be used, even though they are Keurig pods, because they do not have the right coding. As a result we lost money on previous purchases. We can only use specific Keurig pods and there is no over-ride to allow the customer to brew what he wants. The system is too "bossy" on how to brew the pod. The consumer has lost all ability to have what they want. We like other brands of coffee and we cannot use them with this machine. We also like hot water and you have to hold the button down and can only get 6 oz. at a time. The water dispensing is slow and very annoying. All in all I would not recommend this product and actually keep meaning to call to find out how to return it. Very very very disappointed in this product. The worst coffee maker we've ever owned. You got a bit carried away with technology and forgot about allowing the customer to choose what he/she really wants. Suggestions are o.k. but there should be an over-ride so we can do what we want. If a person wants to use/drink the coffee that this model will allow, it brews a good cup of coffee, but no better than any of the other models.
