I use it every morning and it takes about 1 minute to preheat. I can use saved settings for specific K Cup pods. Love the reminders for replacing the water filter and descaling. I can enjoy many different types and strengths of coffee without purchasing multiple pounds of each type. I Love this coffee maker.
