Like the programming features and being able to brew just a single cup without all of the fuss of our old coffee maker. Wish we could use the re-useable Kcup. Would like to more easily recycle the cups.

I mainly use my Keurig for single-cup coffee drinking, however, the carafe comes in handy when friends and family are over. It's quick, easy to use, clean, and refill, and looks great on my countertop! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs in exchange for this review! These thoughts, however, are my own!

can be used for caffine or decaifanted coffee. not happy with the pot brewing, to hard to use, pot does not want to fit right, and I seem to only get one cup of coffee at a time.

We bought the brewer for our office. It is used for 5+ cups every morning and many thoughout the day. There are multiple flavors and types to choose from. Anyone who is not a coffee drinker would not find a problem finding something they liked.

Toss out all other coffee makers

We had a two Keurig Vue and enjoyed them greatly but like other things, it broke. Call Keurig and they understand up here in Minnesota we drink coffee all the time and sent us out a 2.0 500. To my surprise we had another problem with the new 2.0 500 and again called Keurig. They sent out a new 2.0 550 quickly because of the problem we had already. I can't believe how helpful the customer service is with this company. They (CS) goes way behind helping you out they make sure you are happy.

Cafe packs not available other than online. Prior K-cup backs do not work with the 2.0 brewer. Limited options available for Cafe packs.

Lots of Goodies - Needs A Few Basics

Like the ability to identify strengh of coffee, number of ounces. Like the "techy" look, menu selections (colors, clocks, timers, etc). Don't like that the carafe coffee doesn't stay warm, non-microwaveable and non-dishwasherable Don't like the poor selection of Carafe coffee that's offered Don't like the fact that I have to purchase K550 brewing selections that only have the Keurig trademark on them
