Before the Keurig, I only used French Press method or an espresso machine. But life is hectic and time is precious. So easy to put in a pod of whatever type/flavor I feel like at any given moment, and enjoy it in seconds. We use our machine 4-8 times/day 7 days/week. We've only had it for 2 1/2 months, but not even one minor problem yet. Seriously happy with this purchase!

"Not Just Another Pretty Face"

Looking forward to when we can use the customizable features to a greater extent. I use my Keurig daily and have not had a bad cup of any type K cup I used. What I also would like to see is more of a variety of K Carafe selections, namely more flavored ones. I bought this one even though I still have an older one, and I am glad I did. I really like the selections that are available to give you more control of how you make your coffee. By doing so I can experiment with the best ways to make different varieties, flavors and blends.

Good Coffee Maker Posted by sid13 02-17-15 Overall Rating4 out of 5 " This is the third Kerig coffee makers that I have owned , I had trouble with the first one, a B60, it stopped working, Keurig replaced it under warranty and it lasted 3 years. The replacement broke. I bought the Keurig 2.0 K550 from QVC and I am satisfied with it mostly, the clock gains about 15 minutes a day. This is annoying but not a show stopper for me. The K550 is louder and seems to take a while longer to produce the cup of coffee. I was put off at first when I learned that I could not use insert to brew my own coffee but found many ways on the internet to use my own coffee. I found that I am able to use VUE pods to be able to get larger than 10 oz cup. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase. "

I bought a new Keurig 2.0 brewer K-kups and cups for the carafe. After it arrived and I used it, one of the k-cups gave me a message that said my k-cup was a not an authentic k-cup, and it would not work with this brewer. It actually said "Oops! It also gave me a phone number to call. Since these cups had come with the brewer, I called the number. It was answered immediately by a Keurig rep. When I explained the situation, she had me go through my stores and report how many old and new boxes of k-cups I had. She then told me she would send me an email that would let me get this number of new Keurig boxes for free with free shipping. Since then, we have used the Keurig and had no more problems. I think Keurig was very generous in replacing old k-cup boxes with the purchase of the new machine. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
