I love my coffee

I like a 14oz cup so I have to brew twice for each cup, the large only brews 10oz. I would also like to be able to pre set my favorite size cup so I don't always have to tab up from a 6oz cup to get to the 10oz. You need to brew 2oz of water before you brew your first cup of coffee to make sure that first cup is hot. It would be nice if you could adjust the temperature. I would like to brew other coffees, wish they had reusable cups.

Great Brewer-Gives You A Choice

I really like the new Keurig 550 brewer. It gives you the option to brew a full carafe or an individual cup. It's easy to use, stylish and brews great coffee. Only wishes are that the carafe holder would keep the coffee hot longer and that Keurig would offer more bold and extra bold selections in the carafe size. Oh, and thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great easy to use features and love it better than the traditional coffee makers we no longer have to measure anything and everyone can make there favorite beverage without wasting anything. The not so great thing is trying to dispense hot water sometimes we get 1 oz sometimes 6 oz and the fact its not automatic like brewing the other beverages. Despite this little downside we love our Keurig 2.0 . Thanks,Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Fantastic Brewer, Limited Coffee Options

I bought this system for my husband because he envied his brothers. He loves this machine because it is quick and puts out a nice hot cup of coffee. This is our first Keurig machine and I can see why you either love them or hate them. If you are an everyday coffee drinker, this machine will cost you a fortune. I understand that other Keurig machines offer an option to use your own coffee. This machine does not. I hope they make both sizes of filters and allow consumers that option in the future. Unless you "trick the machine" you can only use the specific Kcups for this machine. We found a filter for another Keurig model and can only use it if we take the foil off of a used Kcup and place it on top. Hardly convenient. I picked this machine because of the carafe and options but ultimately they are limited. To fill a standard to-go cup you have to use multiple Kcups because the maximum brew is 10 ounces. Generally, you can make a pot of coffee (10-12 cups) and keep it warm. The Kcarafe packs are only going to make 4-5 cups of coffee maximum and the carafe is not thermal and will not keep your coffee hot. To compare, I used to make a standard pot of coffee and fill my husbands to-go cup and a standard thermos. Now it takes 2 Kcups and 2 Kcarafe packs. On Keurig.com there are only 8 choices of carafe packs with the cheapest being around $13.00. Even with promotions and coupons this machine is hardly affordable. The machine is stylish and the display is easy to read and operate. The night light comes in handy too. Keep in mind it is large so if your space is limited you may want to check the dimensions. Ultimately we love this machine. We just wish it offered more options as to not be so expensive and give you the choice of brewing your own cup of coffee. My family uses this product for coffee, tea, cocoa, and lemonade. This Keith is great for pretty much anything. The only bad thing about it is cleaning it. Even if you're using filtered water you have to clean out the brewer fairly often.

This machine let's me make a frothy latte with Vue cup. I can also make a 16 ounce travel mug. Weekends are great for when I have time to sit and enjoy a few cups of coffee with the carafe feature.
