Purchased the upgrade as my old one was starting to have difficulties pushing the water through. I dislike the 2.0 so much, I am going to find a way to clean the insides of the old one, and then sell or give this 2.0 one away. So many things wrong with this it would take a long letter to explain them all. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. If I could get my money back, I would. I honestly do not have a single redeeming feature that i like.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Use For Hot Water Limited, Long Brew Time, Limited Features, Loud, Smaller Max Cup Size, Does Not Recognize K-cups

We use the brewer everyday of the week. This is our second brewer. The 550 is the best. You can wake up in the morning with a full pot of coffee when you ready to depart for the day. I only wish the coffee would stay hotter longer in the caraff. Over all, we are very pleased with the brewer. I even bought one for my son in law. Great product and price. I also buy all of our coffee products from Keurig and will continue to do so.
Pros: Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Keurig® 2.0 K550 Brewing System

The K550 is a great coffe maker. I would have given the machine 5 Stars if you didn't have to use only Keurig 2.0 K-cups. The machine lets you choose cup size, and makes 4 cup carafes which allowed me to put away my regular coffee maker.
Pros: Carafe Option, Makes A Great Coffee, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Large Pot, You Can Change Cup Size
Cons: Only Uses Keurig 20 Pods
I would recommend this to a friend!

Open mind? Check. It's a machine? Check. So do I have problems cleaning. No. On my old Keurig when it started having issues with the "brew head" I would clean the orifice with a needle. And then for leftover coffee grounds I would do a clean flush of the "brew head" sans K Cup. This issue is not a problem with my brewer. Also you can get around using the old K Cups quite easily(tape). I took my old K Cups to work to use on our old machine. DRMs are EVERYWHERE. I'm a gamer and on Steam. Steam is DRM. I think this brewer is fabulous. Brews quickly. Noise never bothers me. We did our first run through like Keurig said to do and the next cup of coffee came out delicious. I bought Vue cups so I could try the larger OZ. size and they work great also. The coffee pot is also quite nice but we rarely use. My husband and I are huge coffee drinkers and have a HUGE load of K Cups to enjoy. I work night shift and the first thing I do when getting up is hit the "machine of coffee awesomeness" for a great cup of joe. Love the LEDs(wish we had purple) and programmable extra goodies. Cons? Yes please make a larger OZ size for the K Cups. WiFi capable would be nice for updates etc. Got my dongle ready. Lol. So yeah I love it. No issues so far that can't be easily fixed. Bravo and loving my quick, hot, fresh, coffee baby!
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish
This product was a replacement for an earlier defective model. I was given an up graded model, I'm quite happy with this one. Thank you
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Consistant Reliable, Easy to clean
Cons: Difficult Instructions, Loud

No option for 12 oz without buying different pods

There is no way to get a 12 oz cup of coffee unless you use special travel mug pods. In my old Keurig I was happy to use a regular pod and get the size I wanted. It's not up to Keurig to decide what size coffee I want, seems like just another way to get you to pay more money for their coffee. Really disappointed I can't buy an old replacement model of what I liked. Should have the ability to put a normal Keurig pod in place and adjust the size to what you want.
Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time

The brewer does not brew a 12 oz cup of coffee with a K cup pod. I find myself needing to brew 8 oz and then using another K cup pod to brew another 4 oz just to get a mug of coffee to go to work. Also, I purchased a 100 ct box of Kirkland K cup pods and I have to filter my coffee to remove all of the grounds that are in my cup. I have had this brewer for about a month and unfortunately threw away the box or I would return this product. The original was so much better. I would not recommend this brewer.
Cons: Does Not Brew 12 Oz Cup, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Coffee grounds in my cup

Really don't like the after using the B70 platinum for years

Really disappointed that I only have one size available for individual cup brewing, and it is much too small. If I brew a pot, part of it will be wasted. Would trade it for a good B70 platinum
