I owned a different brand, so I can really compare this product. So far other than no 12oz selection, it has worked really well. Only had it 2 months so I hope it will be easy to clean and maintain. They do have a help line, which is nice. I do wish all single serve manufacturers would get on board for keurig use. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love this brewer! I received it for Christmas. The only downside is not being able to use other brand k-cups. This has however made me discover different products Keurig has to offer. Overall great machine and I have already recommended the 2.0 to friends. They love it as well!

I love the product. I only drink what I make so I don't feel like I make a pot and have to drink it all. Love ordering sample flavors and the option of all the flavors, I haven't found anything that I don't like yet. This is my first Keurig and I am in love. So easy to use and fun to entertain with. Overall, happy with the purchase! The first unit we bought stopped brewing in 1 week, but Bed Bath and Beyond exchanged it without any hassle. Makes great coffee and tons of options. It gets high marks for great coffee and convenience so that is the main thing. Allows you to adjust the ounces of water per cup, but I have found that to be wildly inaccurate - at times 10 ounces is more like 5 or 6. But generally it measures ok, just has its moments. Hot water feature is nice, but it would be nice if it could dispense more hot water per button push. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
