Great product--I have use Keurig for many years

Would like to have the option of brewing larger size cup of coffee for k-cups--right now I have to lift the handle to reset it to re-brew the cup for additional 4 oz. It would be nice to include 12 oz 14 oz., too. Sometimes I prefer a weaker Starbucks Sumatra without buying weaker k-cups Re-brewing adds additional water and extracts out a little more coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features

Enjoying new Brewer with one exception

We enjoy using our new brewer but find the hot water dispenser does not give you but 6 ounces at a time if you just want hot water. That is the only negative to this new machine as everything else is a nice improvement over our old one. Hopefully one day we will be able to use the "my K-cup" feature as an occasional pot of specialty coffee on weekends would be nice. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I love that whenever I crave a cup a coffee I can just turn it on and brew. If I have company I can brew a pot! I just wish I could brew 8 cups instead of 4! I drink way too much coffee

This is a great brewer. I love that you can make a pot of coffee fast and easy. I've been using Keurig brewers for more than 3 years, and I am very happy with my new brewer. The K550 brews fast, my coffee is always hot. More settings, a 14oz and 16oz would be good, I use a 16oz mug and have run it twice to fill my cup. The ability to get hot water would be nice without holding the button. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I only drink freshly brewed coffee and this machine is great to make fresh coffee whenever I wanted plus my son never makes coffee with traditional machine but he make his own coffee by himself. Bad thing about this machine is I cannot have variety of coffee choices.
