It is a very good brewer, lots of features and choices. Easy to find good coffees everywhere you shop. The bad is the coffee in the craft does not stay hot our come out very hot. The hot water feature does not work well, always has coffee residue, unless you rune it a few time to clean out. Need option to be able to brew hotter

Cons: Hot Water Feature, Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Finally replaced our k60 after about 6 years with the K550. Haven't had a single problem.Love the different size cup options. This one is much quieter than our old one. And Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my keurig multiple times a day. This is my first keurig, and I love it. I wish I could brew my own ground coffee, but I've made do. I love how I'm not wasting pots of coffee anyone since I'm only making a cup at a time. Very happy with my purchase.

The only things I do not like about this Keurig, is that the pot is too small, only makes 2 mugs, 3 would be better. Also, I like a larger single mug, and must brew an 8 ounce, lift and make a 4 ounce.
