Not the good ole Keurig that I grew to love

I would recommend the OLD Keurig to all coffee drinkers. However the 2.0 is horrid. The brew your own function not available anymore ( great idea to kill the enviroment ) . The 2.0 I have had for about 2 months and went to brew a cup and all I got was a trickle of about a 1/2 ounce of hot coffee and it stopped brewing. Figured it was a glitch so I did a reset and tried again, same problem. Come to find out it is clogged with the authorized Keurig coffee. The old Keurig never clogged like that and after only 2 months is a bit annoying. I ran my old Keurig for almost a year before even putting a filter in it and it is still chugging along ( and never got clogged with coffee, and descaled once since owning the old machine) The features were nice in the 2.0 but not worth the hassle of having to take a paperclip to free all the coffee grounds in the nozzle. My recommendation is to wait till they fix these issues before buying a new Keurig 2.0.
Pros: Looks Pretty On A Counter
Cons: Clogs easily, Inconsistant, HARD TO CLEAN, No Brew Your Own

Three things to remember: read the directions, read 'em again, and re-read 'em. The coffee is plenty hot, unless you're operating it during a brown out. The K560 brings coffee brewing firmly into the 21st century!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Sophisticated
Cons: Wished I Bought It Sooner

Worst Keurig ever

Will not accept older pods that worked in my original machine. The carafe defeats the purpose of a one cup machine. The reason for purchasing a Keurig is the one cup feature. No travel mug size available. Hot water dispenser has only 2 sizes. There is nothing great about the new machines.
Cons: Long Brew Time, Limited Features, Complicated Controls, Loud

Never again

This is my 4th Keurig.. And I will not have another. I had 3 replacements and Keurig then gave their top of the line(which isn't good either) The auto on/off feature does not work. You can't get a full cup of hot water, who wants only 6ozs, not to mention when I try to get hot water only a little, not even an ounce come out. I miss being able to ground my own coffee and then using my Keurig to brew it. And to top it off the temp. is not hot enough. From the very beginning of my Keurig journey I have not been happy. Soon....good by Keurig.
Cons: Never Works Right

Not worth it. The cheaper keurig was better. Wanted temperature control feature. Cup sizes seem wrong. Pot not that big either.

I had a Keurig Platinum since 2009... and I loved it. Was able to fit all my mugs underneath, was able to brew a large mug of hot water, and the brewer was quick and quiet. I was looking forward to getting this new brewer...Until I started using it. Even with taking out the drip tray, you can't fit all travel mugs under. The "strong" button doesn't make anything stronger (except the water flavor). Keurig you missed the mark on this one. I try to subscribe to the mantra of "if it ain't broke don't fix it". You should have stuck with the same advice. The only plus side of this brewer, is I didn't have to pay full price (due to points). Otherwise my review would have been more "colorful".

Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud

Rather disappointed

I've settled. I wish I kept my Platinum brewer. All that coffee I have been buying got me enough points to get this 2.0 brewer at half price but I had no other way to use the useless points. Anyone want about 1000 extra points going to waste?

Cons: Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Nothing Higher Than 10 Cp, Cant Set Cup Default Size, Limited Features, Cant Use Alt Coffee Adapt
