Loving my k550

Was a gift from my husband, so in love with it I use my keurig everyday. Only down side is the fact that I can't brew my own coffee anymore hads to be keurig products & its a bit louder than I expected but small things all in all very happy with my Keurig. This was gift and it works great. I do not like the 6 oz. limit on hot water. I would love the flexibility to choose 6, 8, 10 or 12 ounces of hot water instead of having to choose 6 and hold down the button and then repeat the process for more water. But love the tasty coffee! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Good Brewing System

This is my first Keurig, I like it's style, a large water tank, a touchscreen menu. I knew about some "limitations" of this machine before I purchased it and how to deal with them so it was not a problem for me. This is really nice looking and working top notch machine and I feel a bit embarrassed for Keurig because of those awkward restrictions: First of all, I do not really like (and nobody likes) holding the button for hot water, the appliance with $$$ price tag has to have more easier way to operate. It is easy to overcome that restriction, but $$$ coffeemaker must be CONVENIENT to use without any tricks !!!! Same thing with with K-cups color coding. I have not had any problems with that restrictions, now even generic K-cups have that color coding, but .... I paid top, not subside price, and I want to be able to put everything even a tea bag in that coffee maker on my own risk and taste without using any additional maneuvers. It would be nice if the coffeemaker just said that it recommended using the genuine K-Cups for the best results without complete banning generic K-Cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the how easy it is to use. No mess with filters. Lots of great coffee selection. Very disappointed that at this time you cannot use any generic cups, you must use only packs marked keurig.

I use it daily. It is quick and delicious. I like the large water reservoir and the filter. I would like it if it would dispense more volume of hot water and if there was a refillable K Cup abaable for your own coffee.
