I Love it!!!

I do love the new Keurig! I'm on my 4th everyday machine now. Keurig has been great to me regarding warranties in the past so I will never change to a new machine. I did think it would brew faster, upgraded machine to me means faster brewing. Not the case. The coffee does not taste any better than my old machine either. But you do have the option to make it stronger which j have tried too. Nice feature! Other than that we love the nice new design. Only other issue is I use a big mug, if you don't use a travel mug on the largest selection it splashes coffee all over my counter. If using a travel mug I did expect more room from the bottom without having to remove the drip tray. Once again... Overall rating is still 5 because I love it and all the new options!

Cons: Long Brew Time, Doesnt Brew Faster

Between my and my self we make multiple cups each per day and they are great. The warm up times are short between cups, we love the carafe and use it quite often. Great machine

I brought my Keurig as an upgrade and it was new to the market! I have not been disappointed and glad I ignored negative comments when I did my research of this product. I've been so pleased!! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I will definitely enjoy them in my Keurig K550!

Family uses the 2.0 every day, It is fast and the coffee is great. Wished it had a 16 OZ setting

We had a old Keurig and my kids gave us this new one. Like it very much but the old one was still working except ,the needle replacement you sent us made huge holes in the K-cups and put grounds into our cups. Hope replacements parts are better than the last ones. Also was very disappointed in that I have to use Keurig cups, when I enjoy an expresso once in awhile and the brand I like is not Keurig. I wish I could set the coffee ounces to 10 and not have to change it every time we use it. You can set the crafe but I found nothing for the regular cups. Overall we have had since X-mas and enjoy the maker. .

Besides being a super stylish addition to our kitchen counter of appliances, our Keurig 2.0 K550 brewing system is absolutely incredible in performance. The settings provide a variety when brewing different beverages, while being user friendly and easy to navigate. Our family also loves the abundant beverage choices when purchasing k-cups. The customer service associates are also professional and friendly. Kudos Keurig on a great product and great brand!
