I upgraded from a previous version and like the K550 for the most part. This version seams to have a repetitive motor sound when it is brewing. The K550 outputs at a good speed and good temperature. The hot water feature is hard to use as it only has one size and you have to hold the button to use. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I will never buy another coffee pot I love my keurig it is so easy to use my 8 year old son uses it for hot chocolate every day when I wake up late I can still get my morning cup of coffee because its so fast to make a cup. I cant think of anything that I don't like about it other then the k-cups are expensive but it is nice to be in the keurig club because they send coupons and specials all the time, and you get a club member discount. I also wish that you could use the other cups that don't have the keurig logo on them.

Best Coffee Maker that I have ever owned

This is the first Keurig that I have owned and I love it. There are days where I only have time for one cup of coffee and days that I have time for multiple cups. Before I had a regular coffee maker and usually would make too much, but now I am able to make exactly how much coffee that I want. In addition it makes a great cup of tea and hot chocolate. The only downside is that the coffee doesn't stay hot for very long in the carafe. However, that doesn't bother me because it is easy to heat up in the microwave. I highly recommend the Keurig 2.0. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Outstanding product for "coffee now" fan

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Seriously, I'd give this unit a great review even without the free packs being dangled out there. I came from the world where a 14 cup brewer was the center of my caffeine consumption. It got to the point where I was wasting more coffee than I was drinking, and it became easier for me to just ride up the street and buy a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Then the K Carafe arrived, and my trips to the donut shop were ended. This brewing system does everything a regular coffee drinker like me prefers. It's easy to use, quick to brew, and it gives me the perfect amount of coffee, brewed consistently, every time. I've become more adventurous in my coffee consumption by exploring the options available from Keurig on the website. I've found my favorites, and I continue to try different varieties every time I place an order. The only weakness I have found is that it does not allow me to use the KCups that are available for the coffee I drank regularly with my full size brewer, but maybe that's a good thing. I've found great options to replace it, although it would be nice if I could keep that in the rotation. So, if you're a person who needs more than just an 8-10 ounce cup of coffee, and you're not interested in brewing 10-12 cups, this is the perfect fit. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for every coffee drinking size

This 2.0 was an upgrade from our last Keurig. We enjoy being able to brew an entire pot of coffee in the morning while also being able to brew individual cups in the evening. It is also very easy to refill the water. And it fits well with our kitchen decor. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Higher quality with a few shortfall

This is my second unit. although there are some shortfalls such as lack of cup size (4oz to 10oz) is a major flaw. Its brewing capabilites are as expected and improved noise control is a largely overdue. Only other issue is inability to use non Kurieg coffee units
