An elegant unit. After using a mini for many years, I stepped up to this unit. The primary drawback with the Keurig system is the product tends to be watery as opposed to a conventionally prepared coffee. This has been somewhat alleviated with the strong brew option when using k-cups... however, the brew strength CANNOT be dialed up with carafe use. Additionally, 10 choices of coffee on k-carafe is inadequate. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love that you can get the right amount with this Keurig. I wish the drip tray was lower to put a bigger cup in. otherwise I love it .I would buy it again..t

I love the size of the water resevoir! Great product, only wish the carafe would keep the coffee hotter!

I like that it is great and quick for a 1 cup person and if their is company, the carafe is great. It is hard to find more varieties of the coffee that my husband likes to drink.

Good Cup of Coffee

The product is great for a fresh cup of coffee every time. I have to microwave my cup half way through as I like it hotter. Customer Service was very helpful in cleaning the sharp spikes in the head. My advise is to make a small tool and include it in the next makers that simulates an open paper clip and the owners would know that it something that requires cleaning every so often.

I use this everyday, I love the programable features,the larger reservoir and the optional stainless carafe. If I were to change one thing it would be that once you select the cup size you would not have to reset it every time you brew another cup. I would buy this brewer over and over. This is one of the best brewers I've owned. It makes a great single serve cup or a whole caraff with ease. I loved mine so much that my brother and sister-in-law purchased one on my recommendation and love it too!
